How to Know God

You were created to have relationship with the One who lovingly formed you within your mother's womb. His design for your life was always to be His child, His friend.

Because He is a radically relational God, He has sent the Holy Spirit to pursue this friendship with you. It is by the Holy Spirit that you have pondered this idea. He has put a longing in your heart that can only be satisfied by God's love. Nothing and no one can satisfy that cry of the human heart to be loved. Only God's perfect love can do that.

You have not arrived at this page by happenstance. He has drawn you here to offer you an opportunity to invite Him to reveal His love to you. If you would like to know this amazing love for yourself, you can just repeat this simple prayer or use your own words if you are more comfortable with that. The most important thing here is that you are honest and whatever you say must be sincere.

Invitation Prayer

Dear Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of God and that you died for my sins. Would you come into my heart and change my life? I want to know you as my Savior and Lord. I want to have relationship with You and the Father. Would you send the Holy Spirit to come and fill me now? Would you empower me now to do your will? Baptize me in the Holy Spirit. Change me from the inside out, Lord. Thank you for hearing my prayer and answering me. Thank you for taking away my sins and making me brand new.
